Four cameras, one yard.
The stream cycles between all four through the day. Here's what each one is pointed at.

Nest box interior
A wide-angle camera mounted inside the roof of the box, looking down at the floor. Infrared at night, so nothing is missed after dark. Currently empty — this is the one to watch come spring.
Nest box exterior
Mounted on the trunk of the big maple, framed on the entrance hole. Catches arrivals, departures, and anyone sitting on the roof deciding whether to commit.
Bird feeders
Two pavilion feeders on a double shepherd's hook, tucked close to cover. Black oil sunflower in one, mealworms in the other. The busiest camera most days.
Bird bath
A shallow copper basin with a solar fountain and river stones for footing. Water is the strongest draw in a dry summer and the scarcest thing in a Michigan winter.
Watching with a cat
A fair number of people leave this running for their pets, which we didn't expect and are pleased about. The feeder camera is the one to pick — constant movement, birdsong, and no sudden noises or cuts to startle anything.
Full-length replays stay on the channel after each stream, so there's always hours of footage available even outside live hours.
